Changes
With just a snap, everything at the office now has gone completely haywire. I wouldn’t go into details (since that could get me into serious trouble), but let’s just say daily work for us has become more complicated, and worse, we were told that we were gonna be working on a graveyard shift forever! Actually, forever is just a term my colleagues and I use, which is actually ambiguous to “as long as we’re working for the company.” My colleagues and I are perplexed at the whole turn of events. However, bottomline is, we can’t do anything about it. So, rather than trying to fight back, we have resorted to becoming peace-loving people (lol!). We’ll just go with the flow and see what happens. I’m not saying I’m happy with the sudden overhaul of the company policy (coz I’m not), but I’d rather not say anything anymore. I’m actually waiting to see what else they‘ve got to implement that will just finally push us over the edge while we’re currently standing on the verge of quitting! lol.
I kinda agree with what Romzkee-Pomski wrote on her blog about the changes in our job:
…But on a positive note, Im kinda sensing something along with these terrible circumstances…. i have a good reason to resign.
Two weeks ago, I wasn’t this confused. I believed then that my current job could offer me an actual career advancement I’ve always dreamed of, plus I spend my time with the wackiest people at the office so work was actually fun for me. Two weeks ago, I never thought that I would want to leave my job now. But just what Romzkee-Pomski said, suddenly with everything that has happened, I also finally have a reason to resign. It’s a sad fact, but I’m also sneaking a peek at job sites here and there.. It’s sad, coz I didn’t see myself doing that before.
Oh well, that’s life. Nothing to worry about! I just know everything’s gonna be all right. ;)
On a lighter note, this graveyard shift might not be that bad after all. It’s Saturday today and because there was a sudden change of schedule, and because it’s Labor Day in the US on Monday, work this week will start on Tuesday night instead. I love long weekends!
I’m sensing a long hibernation for me. To start off my first night, I’ve been relaxing and surfing the ‘net and Photoshop-ing for 5 hours now. And while at that, my brother brought me something to eat from McDonald’s, so basically, I think you got the whole idea. I’m never getting off this seat! Lol! Care for a bite?

Yeah, I also know what you’re thinking… how in the world will I able to lose weight with this kind of appetite?? Haha. Oh well. :?
